   Both tools are adapted for our five A340 fleet and our long range Airline maintenance processes.

   - A clear and simple presentation in a Windows Personnal Computer application;

   - A continuous enhancement of the soft to answer to our needs.

   evolution thanks to ADSOFTWARE customer services. Even with our 12 Hours time difference in Tahiti ADSOFTWARE team has always answer to our requests.

   It was a collegial decision as from the outset of the thought-process concerning the modernisation of its software, BCA’s Management wanted to involve and implicate all the future users of the system. We hope that this upstream involvement of all the staff will facilitate adaptation of the system, and its acceptance in the future.
   
   It was a unanimous decision as all the people present during your presentation were impressed by a system which appears to be well-adapted to our company’s numerous requirements, whilst remaining a user-friendly system which will be able to be used by staff who do not have formal IT training.
